"Above the Clouds" is a mixed media painting where layers and textured clouds reveal glimpses of what appears to be the dry, cracked desert floor...inspired by Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah. The artist wanted to play with the viewers imagination as she reversed the order of color and depth.
